Who is a Business Immigrant?
Business immigrants are people who can invest in, or start businesses in Canada and are expected to support the development of a strong and prosperous Canadian economy. The Business Immigration Program seeks to attract people experienced in business to Canada.
Business immigrants are selected based on their ability to become economically established in Canada. We are very experienced and qualified to represent the entrepreneurs.

As a counsel we set out the following factors in support of your application:
  1. Applicant's management or business experience as a professional in a business, such as partnership association, sole proprietorship or corporation. [Evidence of having controlled or operated a business or otherwise provide meaningful role in a business venture]
  2. Prepare General Business Plan, with reasonable expectations of cost, efforts and contacts of Canadian customers/clients. [Some provinces require a detailed business plan and we can prepare it for you]
  3. Background documentation demonstrating expertise or skills in a practical industry as per business plan.
  4. Provide knowledge of legal financial, accounting, banking, taxation and licensing information
  5. Preparing the net worth and provide help in transferring the funds to Canada.
    Note: In regards to provincial nominee program, all provinces have their own requirements. We do provide all the help in preparation of documents as per individual province's requirements.
    Some Applicants may require to invest in an existing business; In that case an explanation will be required. We can help and assist the applicant to convince the immigration officer for such investment by making proper submissions.
  6. Filling of application, making submission and providing business plan as per selection criteria for entrepreneurs.
  7. Preparation for interview and interview notes.
